This role serves as the primary point of contact for all people operations, balancing administrative precision with a hands-on presence on the shop floor while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
Welder: This position is responsible for the fit- up and welding of components to produce product in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our industry.
General Laborer: This position will assist the production team in a variety of functions to ensure quality products are made and delivered in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in the skilled labor industry. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We will train those with an excellent work ethic who are motivated to learn.
